Once again, I have pulled out my kit lens, because it has a wider angle than my 50mm 1.8. Plus, my screw-on macro lenses fit on it, which makes it easier to take close up shots. Example below. =)

Precious in Pink
As I look back over old pictures, I realize how much I would love to get a wide angle lens. My best lens is a 50mm 1.8, and I love it, but it's definitely not a wide angle lens. The second picture (while I'm still pleased with it) could be a lot better with a wider angle to it. More scenery, change the depth of field, you know? Still, I love both of these pictures. Her delight over the bubble is so adorable. =D =D
